In simple english that means to pay attention to your environment and to what is happening around you.

If something doesn’t look or feel right, there is usually a reason for that.

At that point the best thing to do is to leave and get away from the threat if at all possible.

Two upcoming Self Defense Programs

On May 30th I am doing my Self Defense training program at the Running Fit store on Jackson Rd. in Ann Arbor. It starts at 6:30pm and goes for about one and a half hours. To register just go to randy@runningfit.com
