Mission Statement:

To empower people by teaching simple, practical fitness applications. These user friendly techniques enable individuals, families and businesses to lose weight, gain flexibility, improve balance and prevent injury. 

I believe that it is smart to keep it simple

The training is unique, because it is not available anywhere else in the United States.

Traditional fitness applications, require extensive time commitment and is primarily focused on building big muscles. As a practical matter people are incapable of sticking to that kind of schedule, which is inefficient and does not address balance, flexibility and actually contributes to injuries.

My programs originated from training the military. In this program you are your own gym. No equipment is required. It can be done anywhere. It only takes 10 minutes a day.

 

This program is customized to accommodate people regardless of their physical condition.
